I am Dr. Issa, a practicing physician residing in England.
Since the beginning of my journey in medicine, I have been passionate about the workings of the human body and the wondrous creativity that reflects the greatness of its Creator, Glory be to Him.
Every lesson in medical school and every new experience opened doors for me to contemplate the marvels of creation — how in every cell, heartbeat, and movement lies a sign from God.
However, over time, I began to notice something missing in most educational resources: the connection between science and the Creator! As if learning about the human body has nothing to do with the One who created it!
This issue is especially true when it comes to materials designed for children — not to mention the absence of Muslim scientists from curricula and scientific encyclopedias.
Therefore, I resolved to design scientific content for children in the form of a unique journey that combines fun, benefit, and reflection. Together, we will discover the secrets of the human body from the perspective that there is a great Creator behind this magnificent design. We will make science a means of reflection — not just dry information.
